Ocean Wave Breathing

Helpful for relaxing and practicing being mindful.

How to do it:

1️⃣ Cover your ears with your hands (OPTIONAL)

2️⃣ Close your eyes

3️⃣ Take long and slow breaths in and out

4️⃣Focus your awareness on the sounds that your breathing makes

5️⃣ Visualise peaceful ocean waves rolling slowly back and forth towards the shore

6️⃣ When you’re ready come back to the room and notice what you can see around you, hear, smell, taste and physically feel around you.
