We help Primary and Secondary School Students learn safe ways to cope with anxiety and stress through our evidence-based mental health school programs.

I.A.M™ School Programs

Our I.A.M™ School Programs are centred around our evidence - based I.A.M™ Mental Health First-Aid Toolkit and coping planning resources. We’re proud to work with schools in Australia to teach students and their support system how to manage tough times in a proactive, skilful and healthy way.

“The program allowed students the space to validate their thoughts and feelings in a safe space. It provided students with tools and resources to challenge unhelpful thinking styles and behaviours and replace these with strategies and a narrative to help them on their wellbeing journey. Students in the program are strong advocates of the I.A.M™ Mental Health First-Aid Toolkit and have supported other students who have not been part of the program to utilize the toolkit.

- Vanessa Caruso, Wellbeing Co-ordinator at Diamond Valley College

“Using the I Am Mindful Toolkits has enabled our students to feel more in control in a time when so much is out of their control and to help them understand the importance of their self-care routines. The I.A.M sensory tools help to establish a calming practice for the girls when they are feeling overwhelmed. We look forward to continuing along this wellbeing journey with I Am Mindful as a larger part of supporting our students through Korowa’s AGS Mental Health Strategy.”

- Kate Tanner, Head of Cripps at Korowa Anglican Girls' School

I am so grateful to I Am Mindful for identifying the need to develop these types of resources and skills for our students. The I.A.M school workshop facilitators are incredibly knowledgeable with regards to the psychology of a young person and teaching them how to develop a toolkit of skills to manage their own stress and anxiety. Our students are loving the opportunity to learn about the resources available to them in the I Am Mindful classroom toolkits, including the oils and face mask. I can’t wait to watch the impact that I Am Mindful will make in the support of young people in the coming years.

- Kate Gilchrist, Director of Student Wellbeing and Year 7 Coordinator at Lauriston Girls’ School
